Roll the pastry out to a thickness of 4 mm, cut out 6 discs and line 6 buttered tartlet tins
Pinch the edges, prick the base, cover with baking paper and fill with dried beans
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
Heat the jam with the liqueur and spread it in the tartlets, arrange the peach slices on top and sprinkle with pistachios
