Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla
Caramelize 1 tablespoon of sugar in a pudding mold
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, then add the finely chopped amaretti, the cocoa and the rum, stirring constantly
Add the still-hot milk, mix again and pour into the mold
Cook in a water bath for about 20 minutes
Let it cool and turn it out onto a serving plate
