Roman-style cutlets are a typical dish of Roman cuisine, made with bone-in veal cutlets, flavored with fresh rosemary, dressed with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. This dish is particularly tasty and easy to prepare.
Take the bone-in cutlets, very flavorful; finely chop the rosemary leaves and sprinkle them onto the meat on both sides, pressing firmly
Place the meat with plenty of oil in the heated oven and leave it there for a good five minutes
Season with salt and pepper, turn the cutlets, let them cook for another five minutes and then turn them again
To ensure perfect cooking, it takes about twenty minutes
