Preparation

Beat the egg with the sugar.

Add the milk and seed oil.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Incorporate the baking powder and flour.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Pour the batter into muffin molds.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Add a teaspoon of strawberry jam to the center of each muffin.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
