Preparazione

In a pot, add the Legù Veg Ragù Mix, tomato puree, and water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, slice the bread and then cut it into chunks.

Once the ragù is cooked, add some water (the amount varies based on the weight and dryness of the bread). Cook for a few more minutes.

Turn off the heat, add the oil, and pour over the bread while pressing with a wooden spoon to break it up during soaking.
