

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh spun pasta cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient handmade mozzarella process and is available in round or braided format, in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at around 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its brine and not to keep it in the refrigerator.
