

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh stretched curd cheese made exclusively from the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal hand-stretching process and is available in round or braided shapes, in various sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, especially during particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of around 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the whole bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its brine and not to store it in the refrigerator.
