

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh pasta filata cheese and is made exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of hand-molding and is available in round format or braided, in different weights, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the whole bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not to place it in the refrigerator.
