

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh spun pasta cheese made exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of hand-mozzarella shaping and is available in round or braided formats, in various sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, especially during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently heating it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its brine and not to place it in the refrigerator.
