

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh pasta filata cheese made exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of hand-stretching and is available in round or braided form, in various sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To best enjoy it, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its brine and not to place it in the refrigerator.
