

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh stretched curd cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of hand stretching and is available in round or braided format, in various sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it best, during particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not to place it in the refrigerator.
