

Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh stretched-curd cheese, produced exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, salt and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient handcrafted process of hand-stretching and is available in round shape or in braid, in various weights, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the whole bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always store the mozzarella in its brine and not to keep it in the refrigerator.
