The truffle oil by Centro Tartufi Molise, is a dressing made with extra virgin olive oil and fine white truffle. The truffles used have different shapes which depends from the type of soil where they are extracted from. A soft soil gives spherical truffles while a more compacted soil, which means lots of roots and stones, will give warty truffles. Only the best truffles are chosen and used by Vittorio and Sandra to make this delicious dressing.
