For this Easter, we teamed up with Sartoria Sociale, a Palermo-based social tailoring cooperative that transforms dead-stock fabric into something worth keeping. Each pochette is shaped like the base of an egg and comes in one of five colors, one per color; no restocks. When it's gone, it's gone. Inside are two of our chocolate bars: Afterhours, a Costa Rican cacao that exhales plum and liquorice, and Tombola, a Mexican bean that tastes like raisins, rum, and a Colomba left out on the table after lunch. Afterhours — 75% Costa Rica Tres Equis, 2024: Warm, deep, lingering. Plum and liquorice notes with a long finish that'll make you crack a smile. 50g.
