
In a bowl, combine the egg, the glass of warm milk, and the glass of flour.
Mix with a hand whisk until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
Heat a non-stick pan, slightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan, spreading it thinly and cook the crepe for about 1 minute on each side, or until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill the crepes as desired and serve hot.
