Cut the carrots into rounds and the onion into wedges. Cut the potatoes into wedges and get some florets from the broccoli and cauliflower.
In a baking dish, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables for about ten minutes, stirring continuously. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place the fish fillets on top, cover the dish, and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
In the last fifteen minutes, lower the temperature to 180 degrees.
Remove from the oven, arrange the fish on a serving plate with the vegetables and garnish with lemon slices. Serve.
