
Pears are cut into small cubes and quickly caramelized in a pan with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Alternatively, use them raw.
Overlap 5 small squares of fillo dough, brushing them with the water and oil emulsion between each layer.
Place the sheets inside the muffin cups, add the walnuts at the bottom, then the pears and cheeses.
Bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Finish with additional walnuts and a drizzle of honey on top.
