


Slice the zucchini into thin slices.
Pat the slices dry with paper towels.
Arrange the slices at the bottom of a previously greased baking dish with oil.
Add a layer of turkey breast or cooked ham and scamorza/parmigiano.
Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up.
Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes or in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes (times may vary depending on the oven).
