We are not part of the sales contract between buyer and seller, but we facilitate the transaction through our platform.
Since the products purchased on tuduu.it are shipped directly by the producers, each return must be handled directly with the seller, in accordance with current regulations.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without any obligation to provide a reason, except for the exceptions provided (for example: perishable products, sealed items opened).

Does tuduu.it refund directly? No. The refund is managed by the seller; tuduu.it neither holds nor moves customer funds.
