A delicious dish of tacos made with carasau bread and a rich pecorino cream.
Make a sauté with onion and 4 sun-dried tomatoes.
Add the Altrofood taco mix, water, and deglaze with the wine.
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the pecorino cream by boiling the milk in a saucepan, turn off the heat and then add the grated pecorino.
Stir with a whisk until smooth.
Soak the carasau bread for a few minutes, form discs with a pastry cutter and place them in taco holders.
Bake them for 10 minutes.
Now assemble the tacos by placing the pecorino cream at the base, then the taco mix, sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips, and a bit more pecorino cream.
Serve hot, accompanied by a spicy sauce if desired.
