Lightly oil and flour the mold.
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients, then add the liquid ingredients. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Wash the apples, slice them. Add 1 and a half apples to the batter, mix and level in the baking pan.
Decorate the surface with half an apple, sprinkle with cane sugar.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 25/30 minutes, depending on your oven.
If desired, before serving and sharing the cake at the table, decorate with powdered sugar.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days.
Great to serve with a dusting of powdered sugar.
