Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Slice the apples thinly, add the juice of 1 lemon and mix. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    In another bowl, break the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients, the grated zest of the already squeezed lemon, and the cinnamon (which is optional, you can also omit it).

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Mix for about 2 minutes with an electric mixer until you get a smooth mixture. Pour into a baking pan and cover with the apples and their juice.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake for about 40 minutes, do the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
