Preparation

1. Clean the asparagus by removing the tough part and washing them thoroughly.

2. Cut the asparagus into slices and cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3. Drain the asparagus and blend them together with the eggs, milk, and grated cheese.

4. Adjust with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

5. Pour the mixture into individual molds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
