A delicious light tart with apple filling.
For the base, first mix eggs, oil, sugar, baking powder, and zest.
Then add the flour and form a dough ball that you will let rest in the fridge.
Meanwhile, cut the apples and mix them with lemon juice, cinnamon, walnuts, and jam.
Take the dough, roll it out, and place it in the mold, fill with the apples, and place strips on top.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25/30 minutes.
