Sift the mix and baking powder directly into the bowl and incorporate them with an electric mixer at low speed until you get a uniform mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Prepare the ganache by bringing the cream to a simmer, then mix it with the finely chopped milk chocolate. Pour the ganache over the cake once cooled.
Store in the refrigerator and decorate the cake as desired.
