Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter and flour a cake pan with a 24 cm top and 22 cm base.

    Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave. Once melted, add the cubed butter and mix until you get a uniform mixture.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a light and fluffy mixture.

    Combine the melted chocolate with the butter into the egg and sugar mixture and mix everything at medium speed.

    Sift the mix and baking powder directly into the bowl and incorporate them with an electric mixer at low speed until you get a uniform mixture.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface.
