Grapes: Chardonnay 70%, Trebbiano 30%. Training system: Spur cordon. Harvest: Handpicked with careful selection of the grapes. Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in steel tanks for 6 months and then in the bottle for 2 months. Bottling: April/May following the harvest. Tasting: Straw yellow color. Great clarity on the nose, with clear and intriguing hints including floral notes of rose and tropical fruit. On the palate, it stands out for its very pleasant drinkability and mineral notes. Alcohol: 13% To be served: At a temperature of 12°-13° C. Pairings: Extremely versatile, ideal as an aperitif or with oily fish, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
