The Crude line created by Sabadì includes 4 chocolates with different percentages of chocolate. This "raw" line is processed entirely cold at a temperature that never exceeds 40°C during processing, in order to almost entirely preserve the properties of each individual ingredient used and to ensure they are processed as little as possible. The only necessary processes that can exceed 40°C are the fermentation of the pulp covering the bean, necessary for browning, which also makes the bean flavorful, and the roasting, which, although minimal, is necessary to make the cocoa flavorful. Pairings: Intense chocolate, to be savored in its pure form to appreciate the real aromatic characteristics. Excellent pairing with a good spirit. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Processing: The Crude line by Sabadì is designed and created for essence lovers. In fact, the ingredients are cocoa and cocoa mass processed throughout the supply chain at temperatures not exceeding 40°C to avoid altering the generated aromas.
