Amarone Della Valpolicella Docg Lamberti

Amarone della Valpolicella Lamberti is born from Corvina and Rondinella grapes cultivated in the best vineyards of the Lamberti estates, vineyards in the municipalities of the Valpolicella Classica trained in Guyot on calcareous-stony soils and especially well-exposed where the grapes can reach a good state of ripeness every year, ensuring a high-quality standard. The grapes that make up L'Amarone Lamberti are harvested strictly by hand around the beginning of October and are placed in crates for drying. The drying process takes place in rooms with controlled humidity and ventilation that allow the dehydration of the berries and thus the concentration of the musts; this process lasts for about 100 days until destemming and fermentation with maceration of the grapes. After fermentation, Amarone Lamberti is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and barriques, followed by blending and bottling. Amarone Lamberti remains in bottle aging for 4 months before being marketed. Pairings: Amarone Lamberti is an important and structured wine that pairs well with succulent first courses with red meat or game sauces, aged cheeses, or second courses of roasted, grilled, or braised red meats or game. Storage: Store at 16-18°C Alcohol content: 15.5% Vintage: 2020 Designation: Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Aging: In oak barrels for 18 months.
