Barolo Le Vigne Sandrone is a Barolo DOCG wine that originates from the blend of wines from different vineyards in the Barolo area, specifically the vineyards in the municipalities of Serralunga d'Alba: Baudana, Castiglione Falletto: Villero, Barolo: Vignane, and Novello: Merli. At harvest, these vineyards are picked and vinified separately, without the use of selected yeasts, as fermentations are conducted by indigenous yeasts in open steel vats. After fermentation, the Barolo wines are separated from the skins and aged for 24 months before blending and bottling. The blending is perhaps the most important moment for Barolo Le Vigne Sandrone wine because the skill of the Sandrone winery technicians is to create every year the right balance that best represents Barolo.
