
Description
Belstar Cuvee Rose is made from Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon grapes. The vineyards are all located on high hills, predominantly south-facing, ensuring a wine of great balance, flavor, and personality. The grapes are hand-harvested and brought to the winery for a brief maceration to extract the typical color and refined aromas of this type of product. The fermentation of the musts takes place in steel at temperatures of 16-17°C, and the refermentation occurs in an autoclave after the addition of yeasts and sugar to the sparkling wine bases. The second fermentation in the autoclave lasts about 15-20 days, and subsequently, the wine is bottled under isobaric conditions and marketed after a month. Pairings: Belstar Cuvee Rose is a complete sparkling wine of great pleasure. It is memorable as an aperitif and pairs well with pasta with vegetables, white meats, and various seafood preparations.
