Description
Blu di Morozzo with Barolo and blueberries is an internationally renowned product, classified among the blue cheeses, also known as blue cheeses due to the presence of blue veins of Penicillium roqueforti molds. Blu di Morozzo with Barolo and blueberries is a bloomy rind cheese, and this mold blooming process is enhanced by processing with ashes. The Blu di Morozzo with Barolo and blueberries cheese is produced in the province of Cuneo and is made using three different milks skillfully blended by cheesemakers: cow's milk, goat's milk, and sheep's milk. Pairings: Blu di Morozzo cheese is excellent when consumed on its own, with an intense and sweet flavor, also great as a seasoning on other dishes or for a risotto. Blu di Morozzo 250g is also perfect as a meditation cheese accompanied by a dessert wine such as a Passito di Pantelleria or a Sauternes.
