The cheese with fruit and Muscat grappa Beppino Occelli is made with sheep and cow milk. It ages for a minimum of 12 months and is subsequently refined with the addition of fruit and Muscat Grappa, which further enriches its organoleptic profile, offering an absolutely “special” sensory experience. The cheese belongs to the Testun family, enriched with fruit, which, together with the Muscat grappa, gives the cheese a unique flavor. Beppino Occelli was the first to create this cheese with fruit and Muscat grappa. The cheese is aged for about 12 months in Pamparato in the Maritime Alps. Pairings: Excellent cheese consumed on its own. To be tasted with apricot jams, persimmons in oil, and caramelized figs. Storage: Keep refrigerated, cover the cut part.
