Pairings: The Casaliva extra virgin olive oil, characterized by an intense and decisive taste, can be enjoyed in its simplicity by drizzling it over a piece of bread or used as a dressing for unique dishes. Storage: Keep the oil in a dry environment away from light. Processing: The production stages of Casaliva extra virgin olive oil begin with the harvest, when the olives are picked and sorted manually. The milling, where the olives are crushed and the fruit is separated from the pit, all takes place in the mill without air, preserving the quality of the oil itself. The malaxation is its continuation, a process through which the entire olive paste is gently mixed. The pressing, where the olives are squeezed and pressed. The separation, in which the olive oil is separated and purified from impurities. Finally, the extra virgin olive oil is placed in specific containers that are left to rest in specific places, away from sources of light and heat. After the necessary time has passed, the oil is bottled for sale. This oil is pitted.
