Description
Facchetti Franciacorta Nature is a wine from the famous Facchetti winery in Franciacorta. This Franciacorta Nature is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in the best territories of Franciacorta, as Ferghettina owns and leases vineyards in almost all the "vocational units" of Franciacorta, thus producing Franciacorta wines with different characteristics that, during the blending phase, will result in a very balanced product. The grapes are hand-harvested around mid-August and brought to the winery for gentle pressing. The musts ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and a small part in French oak barriques. At the end of fermentation, the base Franciacorta wines remain in contact with their fine lees for about six months before blending and bottling, which, according to the "Franciacorta method," occurs with the addition of sugars and yeast to allow the development of the famous bubbles. After 30 months of aging on the lees in the bottle, the Facchetti Franciacorta Nature is disgorged and released to the market. Pairings: Facchetti Franciacorta Nature is a perfect wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with appetizers based on sea or lake fish.
