Greco di Tufo Feudi di San Gregorio is a wine produced with an indigenous grape variety from Campania called Greco di Tufo, believed to be of Greek origin, brought to Italy from Thessaly and found the perfect habitat in the Avellino area to produce great wine grapes. The vineyards are located on gypsum soils in the locality of Santa Paolina in the Avellino area. The grapes come from the Cutizzi vineyard and are harvested around the second half of September and brought to the winery for pressing. The musts ferment in steel at a temperature of about 16°C for 15 days. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 4-5 months during which batonages are repeatedly carried out to complete its aromatic profile. After bottling in Cutizzi, it remains in the cellar for 2 months before being marketed. Online sale of Greco di Tufo Feudi di San Gregorio wine at a special price!
