Grillo is an indigenous white grape variety from the Sicilian territory, possessing significant potential as it can produce wines with a very distinctive and recognizable aroma, while at the same time being capable of generating products with a certain structure and a good aptitude for aging. Pairings: Altavilla della Corte Grillo, due to its characteristics, pairs well with even spicy dishes based on fish and white meats; it is a very versatile wine given its structure and minerality.
