La Tur from Caseificio Alta Langa is a typical Piedmontese cheese produced in the provinces of Asti and Alessandria. The cheese has a soft and very light paste enclosed within a soft and creamy rind. This cheese, obtained through the long maturation of the 3 milks that give rise to a delicate hand-worked curd, is characterized by its great sweetness, with sensations of butter and cream, accompanied by tangy notes and yeast aromas.
