Prosecco Belstar is a selection of Glera grapes that comes from vineyards just outside Valdobbiadene in a place that people call "bel star" to emphasize the beauty of the location. The Glera grapes are harvested and brought to the winery for pressing, the musts are clarified and inoculated with selected yeasts for alcoholic fermentation conducted in steel at 18-19°C. Subsequently, the base wines rest in steel for 1 month before being transferred to an autoclave and the addition of yeast and sugar for refermentation, which takes place in 20-25 days at 18°C. Once this process is completed, the wine is bottled under isobaric conditions, corked, labeled, and marketed. Pairings: Prosecco Belstar is a wine with perfect characteristics to be paired with aperitif snacks, and at the table, it accompanies meals composed of delicate dishes.
