Description
Prosecco Serena is produced with Glera grapes harvested manually around the end of October. The grapes are pressed and the musts are added with selected yeasts for alcoholic fermentation conducted at 17°C in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the base wines are blended according to the criteria of the winemaker and are transferred to an autoclave with the addition of yeasts and sugar for refermentation. This process lasts about 15 days after which, to preserve the precious bubbles, the wine must be treated under isobaric conditions both for transfers and for bottling, which takes place shortly after. Pairings: Prosecco Terre Serena is a wine suitable for any situation, to be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with appetizers or snacks.
