Description
Prosecco Tre Ville Extra Dry is produced in the Treviso area with Glera grapes that are harvested around the end of September when they have reached the right level of ripeness for the production of Prosecco Villa Selli Extra Dry. The grapes are brought to the winery for a gentle pressing, the musts are clarified and inoculated with selected yeast, and fermentation lasts for about 15 days at 15°C. The wines remain in contact with the fine lees for several months before blending and transferring to an autoclave for refermentation. This process allows the formation of bubbles that are maintained even after bottling thanks to treatment under isobaric conditions. Prosecco Tre Ville Extra Dry is released to the market one month after bottling. Pairings: Prosecco Tre Ville Extra Dry is perfect as an aperitif or appetizer, it pairs well with light first and second courses based on fish, and also goes well with fresh cheeses.
