Sorgente Lugana DOC is a wine made from Trebbiano grapes produced by the Citari company. A ready-to-drink wine, fresh and intuitive, Sorgente is made from grapes sourced from young vineyards. The soil from which the grapes come is morainic composed of clays. The grapes are hand-picked at the end of September, and fermentation is carried out at low temperatures in steel tanks. The aging is done in steel tanks for about 7 months. A fresh wine, Sorgente is excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes such as raw seafood.
