Description
The jar-cooked babà is one of the specialties of Sicilian pastry Angelo Inglima's jar-cooked desserts. The original babà recipe did not originate in Sicily, but we firmly believe that recipes can travel the world and each culture can make them its own, making them special in its own way. For this reason, we have chosen to embrace the traditional babà recipe and prepare it with the innovative jar-cooking technique. Thanks to jar-cooking, the babà retains all the characteristics of a freshly baked product, the softness of the dough, the taste of rum, the aroma of honey.
