The Tumminia and Maiorca biscuits are a product of the highest Sicilian prestige produced by Tumminello. Made exclusively with ancient Sicilian grains. Timilia flour, an ancient Sicilian durum wheat characterized by a low gluten index, and Maiorca flour, a very ancient soft wheat cultivated for centuries in Sicily and known for being among the lowest in gluten. These grains are organically grown and processed, maintaining all their nutritional and organoleptic characteristics intact. In addition to being GMO-free, these grains are also stone-ground, allowing them to retain all those properties that make the product not only healthier but also more digestible.
