La Casara offers us a high-quality Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, aged 21 months. It is the version most closely linked to the Emilia Romagna region, made with cow's milk from cows raised only on hay without the use of feed. A very precious and refined product in its scents and aromas. Considered the "King of Cheeses," it is still produced as it was eight centuries ago with a natural artisanal method, and it is one of the few remaining foods that are obtained completely naturally, without any additives: just milk, rennet, and a little salt.
