Cultivation area Produced on the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, in Lombardy, where the vineyards of Castello di Stefanago are located at an altitude between 350 and 500 meters above sea level. The company, certified organic, extends over 135 hectares, of which 20 are dedicated to vine cultivation. Technical characteristics Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts, followed by a brief maceration on the skins to obtain the rosé color.
