This evocative place, with historic Cortese vineyards, reflects the richness and tradition of the territory. Cultivation practices The company follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture, promoting biodiversity and minimizing environmental impact. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulfites, filtration, or clarification, to preserve the integrity of the wine. Technical characteristics Grape variety: 100% Cortese from old recovered vineyards. Denomination: Organic White Wine. Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in steel with a skin maceration of about 90 days. Aging: 8 months in steel, followed by aging in the bottle. Alcohol content: 12%. Tasting notes Color: Intense yellow with orange reflections. Aroma: Aromas of apples, exotic fruits, citrus, and juniper, enriched by hints of white flowers.
