La Cerbaiona "Brunello di Montalcino" Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2009

Denomination: Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Grape Variety: 100% Sangiovese Name: Brunello di Montalcino Alcohol: 14° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Montalcino (SI), Tuscany, Italy Description: Selection tables and a state-of-the-art destemmer ensure the selection and preservation of the best grapes. These are then transferred - without being crushed - into wooden vats of 15, 25, and 30 HL. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. During the first week of fermentation, the cap is worked with manual punching down, minimizing pump-overs, to obtain balanced and elegant wines. The free-run wine is placed in vats for malolactic fermentation. The wines are then transferred to oval Slavonian oak barrels of 17 HL for two years of aging. The product was then racked once a year until it reached stainless steel containers where it remained - at controlled temperature - awaiting bottling. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops, or rare wine merchants. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who has given a sales mandate to iuain.com, which therefore acts solely as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under their own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
