Fermentation is carried out in terracotta amphorae for about 3 months, with aging for about 10 months in French oak barrels. The color is straw yellow. On the nose, it is fresh with intense aromas of white flowers, peach, green apple, and minerality. On the palate, it offers a pleasant acidity, good structure, and a persistent finish. Recommended pairing with light and delicate dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, or with appetizers both seafood and vegetable-based. Recommended temperature: 10-12° C
