The Imperial Soup is a traditional country dish from Emilia-Romagna, particularly popular in the areas of Modena and Bologna. This dish is made with semolina, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, mortadella, a bit of butter, and nutmeg. The mixture obtained by combining these ingredients is spread on a baking tray and baked in the oven. Ingredients: Eggs Butter Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Semolina Nutmeg NOTHING ELSE How to enjoy it: The Imperial Soup is traditionally enjoyed hot, served in capon broth or meat broth, which enhances the delicate yet rich flavor of the golden semolina cubes.
