Ingredients: Pasta: soft wheat flour type "00", eggs 27%, durum wheat semolina, if green with added spinach 6%. Filling: mixed ricotta 60% (cow's milk whey, sheep's skimmed whey, milk, salt, citric acid E270), Grana Padano PDO (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), Bologna IGP Mortadella 24% (pork meat, pork tripe, salt, sugar, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type "0", yeast, salt), salt, nutmeg. May contain: soy, pistachio, mustard, and lupin. Preparation method: cook in plenty of salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and season with the classic butter and sage dressing or as desired.
